Artisan’s Playground is a purpose-built culinary playground for skilled Chefs. Our ‘restaurant’ is equipped with finest cooking tools made by the World’s Best Craftsmen; a much coveted Josper Charcoal Grill & Oven, a Stefano Ferrara Pizza Oven, a Giesen Coffee Roasters, a Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Espresso Machine, the DRY AGER and more; with the purpose to bring together local and international Chefs and top Restaurateurs, to challenge themselves to explore, invent, experiment with one another. In this spirit, a spectacle is created; ensuing a feast for the senses for every culinary avid and discerning palate.
