🍽️ Here’s how to place your weekly food orders:

✅ Don’t forget to click “PLACE ORDER” at the end of the form!

If this step is skipped, your order will not be submitted or processed.

🥗 Choose from our menu of delicious meals and snacks—freshly made and perfect for your school day! Each meal includes a cup of rice, main dish and a side vegetable dish.

📌 This pre-order form is only for students at DLSZ-Vermosa Campus.

📅 Please double-check your class schedule before placing your orders for the week.

🏫 Where to get your meals:

Grade School students: Meals will be delivered to your classrooms.
Junior & Senior High School students: Orders can be claimed at the Cafeteria Dining Area (Ground Floor, Spark Building).

🧼 For everyone’s health and safety, we highly encourage students to use the Pre-order Form so we can prepare meals properly and safely.

🕒 Order Form Schedule:

The form is open from Saturday to Monday only.

Orders submitted after the cutoff will not be processed.

🚨 For cancellations (e.g., student absences):

Please notify us the day before the scheduled meal—no later than 7:00 PM.

This helps us reduce food waste and avoid over-preparing meals.

You may also approach any cafeteria staff to request an offset or reschedule.
