ABOUT US

“Frantics, an experimental dance company based in Berlin, emerged in 2013 from the underground scene. The founders are Carlos Aller, Marco di Nardo, Diego de la Rosa, and Juan Tirado.

Frantics’ movement methodology is built on principles rooted in breakdance, hip-hop, contemporary dance, and acrobatics. The workshop is designed to empower a unique experience so that any movement enthusiast can reach their full potential of motion while being immersed in a deep flow state.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to deeply cultivate your awareness, using improvisation techniques in order to confront limits and use the strength of your body. We will dive into different possibilities of motion in all three levels, floor, medium, and standing, empowering mobility and a wide range of motion in the full tridimensional space. Frantics will introduce you to a way of moving that goes beyond any dance discipline. You will be using your own creativity and conviction, traveling throughout mental states, confronting your limits and overcoming them, allowing you to move with grace, and allowing growth and intelligence to enter in all parts of life.
