By placing an order through this website order form, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed all product descriptions, customization options, and these Terms & Conditions, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

2. Production/Customization

Production Timeline: All journals are made to order. (5–15 days before shipping).
While we strive to adhere to our estimated production timelines, please understand that these are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, seasonal demand, or material availability. Your production timeline officially begins only after payment has been cleared and your order has been formally confirmed.
Engravings: Please verify your engraving text thoroughly before submitting your order, as we engrave exactly what is provided. We cannot accommodate requests to edit, revise, or correct engraving text once an order is placed, regardless of its production status. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all spelling and spacing are correct at the time of purchase.
Add-on Charms: These are exclusively for our journal buyers! Since our stock moves fast, we’ll send you a quick message if your chosen charm sells out, so we can pick a perfect replacement together.

3. Delivery/Shipping

Ensure that the address and contact number you provided is correct. Be advised that we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts or returns resulting from an incomplete or insufficient address.
(Shipping days: 3-5 days after production) All shipping timelines are estimates. Please be aware that transit times can be influenced by courier processing, customs clearance, or other factors outside of our control.
We utilize J&T Express for our deliveries; while we work to ensure your order reaches you promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once your package is in the hands of the courier.

4. Refund

You are only eligible for a refund on additional design elements if those specific paid extras were missing from your order. Items not included in the original project scope do not qualify for refunds.
