4. Please inform us 48 hours in advance for replacement class to take effect, or a lesson will be counted. A term of 10 lessons must be completed within 12 weeks from the first lesson. 5. The current term must be fully completed before embarking on any long holiday. It is the parent’s responsibility to schedule replacement (make-up) classes for any missed lessons within the same term validity period. No extensions will be granted beyond the term expiry date. Back-to-back make-up classes are permitted, subject to seat availability, and must be booked in advance to secure a place. Once a replacement class is confirmed, rescheduling is not allowed. Absence from a confirmed make-up class will be counted as attended.

Upon term expiry, parents are required to collect any remaining or unfinished projects. These projects, including technique tasks or lesson components from missed classes, will be handed over for completion at home.

Projects must be collected within fourteen (14) days after term expiry. After this period, uncollected projects will no longer be available.

6. Parents are responsible for ensuring that all fees are paid on time. As a courtesy, payment reminders may be sent; however, Achievers Arts will not be held responsible for missed or non-receipt of reminders. Late payment charges will be imposed at $5.00 for every seven (7) days of delay, calculated from the student’s first lesson of the new term. A new paid term must commence within thirty (30) days from the date of payment or from the student’s last attended class, whichever is earlier.

All lesson schedules and dates are updated via the App, and parents are responsible for checking the App regularly for accurate class information.

7. Any studio closure including MOH, MOE mandatory announcement; studio cleaning; administration day; or studio decision to close for safety, will not be counted in your term lessons. Online lessons using physical lesson credit will be announced separately depending on the situation and it would be mandatory. All public holidays are studios closure, and will not be counted for the 12 weeks.
