Hi, I’m Min! I grew up with the warm smells of Vietnamese kitchens, where love is always served on a plate. Cooking has always been my happy place, and now I get to share that joy with you through MinFood Kitchen.

Here, you’ll find my favourite Vietnamese classics – from a comforting bowl of Phở, to the smoky flavours of Bún Thịt Nướng, and the homely goodness of Cơm Tấm. Every dish is made the way I’d cook for my family, with fresh ingredients, plenty of care, and a big pinch of love.

For me, food isn’t just about eating – it’s about bringing people together, creating memories, and sharing a little piece of Vietnam here in Queensland. So whether you’re craving a quick lunch, a cosy dinner, or simply something that tastes like home, I’d love to cook for you.
