Our Phở is a traditional Vietnamese delicacy, featuring fresh rice noodles in a clear and aromatic broth, which has been slow-simmered for several hours using high-quality beef bones. The dish is served with thinly sliced beef and a classic blend of spices, including scallions, onion, cinnamon, star anise, and cardamom, to create an unforgettable flavour profile.

For an optimal dining experience, each order is accompanied by a selection of fresh herbs and garnishes. We recommend adding the bean sprouts, Thai basil, and coriander to your bowl, complemented by a squeeze of lime, a sprinkle of pepper, and fresh chilli to customize the taste to your preference.

Ordering Period: Orders are accepted from Monday until 4:00 PM on Saturday of each week.
