EVENT SPONSORS DEFINITION:

For purposes of this release, "Event Sponsors" collectively refers to:

• Clever Stegosaur / Willaman Creative, Inc. • Atlas Consulting, Inc. • Eyeclap Studios • The Tech Media House

• Stone.ai

• King + Country, LLC

I, the undersigned, hereby grant the Event Sponsors the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, edit,

exhibit, project, display, copyright, publish, and distribute photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me taken at the

above event.

This authorization includes, but is not limited to, use by any or all Event Sponsors in:

• Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Website content and promotional materials

• Podcast episodes and related content

• Press releases and media kits

• Newsletters, blogs, and articles

• Organic marketing materials

• Client presentations and portfolio work

This authorization excludes use in paid advertising campaigns.

I understand and agree that:

1. These materials may be shared among all Event Sponsors for their respective promotional use

2. Materials will become the property of the Event Sponsors

3. I will not receive payment or compensation of any kind

4. These materials may be used in all languages, formats, and media now known or hereafter devised

5. This authorization continues indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing to all Event Sponsors

6. Materials will not be returned to me

I hereby release and hold harmless the Event Sponsors, their employees, agents, partners, and representatives from any and all

claims, liability, damages, or causes of action which may arise from the use of these materials.
